Our online renewal system-Saegusa Renewal System (SRS)-will allow you to complete the renewal of Japanese trademark registrations and the payment of the related costs in one series of steps. As usual the JPO fee is JPY48,500 per class, but our professional fee is kept down to JPY20,000 per renewal irrespective of the number of classes. Users are invited to make payments by credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, JCB) upon receipt of a URL to be produced by the credit card service provider.
*If you wish to effect renewal of the trademark registration for a limited number of class(es), you can do so online and will be advised accordingly.

Saegusa & Partners has made arrangements with a credit card service provider participating in the SRS program. A user who decides to pay her renewal fees by credit card will be asked by the credit card service provider to furnish identifying information, the credit card number and expiration date, the amount of the payment and payment application information.
Before the user confirms the credit card payment, she will be informed of the amount of the cost. The user will receive a confirmation number from the credit card service provider as proof of payment. It should be noted that, following authorization of the credit card payment, the credit card service provider will forward to our firm only that information necessary for us to properly credit the payment to the user’s account (i.e., identifying information, payment amount and application information). We will not receive any personal credit card information, such as credit card number or account status.
In no event shall Saegusa & Partners be liable for errors caused by site users including, but not limited to, incorrect or incomplete return information/reporting or any and all damages including indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, disclosure of confidential information, or loss of privacy, arising out of or in any way related to the use of this Web site.
