The Intellectual Property High Court will host its Judicial Symposium on Intellectual Property/TOKYO 2018 from Oct. 31 to Nov. 1, 2018, in Tokyo, Japan.

In accordance with the Symposium’s 2018 theme of “Global Collaboration for IP Dispute Resolution,” the event schedule will include mock trials conducted by judges and lawyers from Japan, Europe, and the U.S., as well as panel discussions concerning amendments and patent invalidation. The programs – to be offered with simultaneous Japanese-English interpretation – will likely be an excellent opportunity to study IP-related dispute resolution from several international points of view.
